This assignment is for Economics, P3 and P6.

1) Find a credible source on the internet that connects one of your investment decisions (INVESTING PROJECT) or one of the companies whose triple bottom line (people and planet) you will be researching (GOOD GUIDE). This source should drive your research project. Think of it as one of the sources that will be in your Works Cited Page.

3) After you read the source that you find, answer the following questions as a blog entry below. Use an example from this week if you are confused.

• How does the text connect to your research project? (relevant)
• What evidence do you have that the text you found is credible? (credible)
• Create a clear, specific argument based on the text. (argument)
• Support the argument with thoughtful analysis, using cause/effect, compare/contrast, problem/solution, part/whole, or other methods of analysis. (analysis)

Economics Discussion - P3 and P6 - Due Friday, May 10

On Friday, we will be discussing excerpts from Hawthorne's Ethical Chic. If you are doing the Good Guide and you are studying Apple, you should read the Apple reading. If you are studying Starbucks, you should read the Starbucks reading. These readings will help you create a Good Guide on these companies.

If you are doing the investing project, you should read either one so that you are prepared to participate in Friday's discussion.
